  • Browse our products, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. My Beach Hero's intuitive checkout process will guide you through the shipping and payment steps.

  • No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating a customer account allows you to track your orders directly on our site, view your order history, save your shipping information for faster checkout, and receive exclusive offers.

  • You can create an account during the checkout process by opting to save your information, or you can register directly via the "Sign In" or "Create Account" link.

  • On the login screen for your customer account, click the "Forgot password?" link and follow the instructions to reset it via your email address.

  • We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately at pleasehelp@mybeachhero.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been marked as "Fulfilled" or shipped.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email from My Beach Hero shortly after placing your order. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

  • We securely accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Stripe, Square, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, chosen shipping method, and the weight/dimensions of your order.

  • No.

  • We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.

    • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

    • Shipping Time:

      • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

      • Expedited Shipping:2-3 business days.

      • International Shipping: 7-21 business days. Note that potential customs delays may occur.

    • Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

  • Once your order ships, My Beach Hero will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number in the email to view its status directly on the carrier's website. If you have a customer account, you can also log in and view your order status there.

  • If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors and visit your local post office. If you still can't locate it after 24-48 hours, contact us at pleasehelp@mybeachhero.com with your order number. We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.

    • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We accept returns of unused and unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

      • Customized items, final sale items, or perishable goods are not eligible for return.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at pleasehelp@mybeachhero.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address. We'll guide you through the process step by step.

  • Yes, we offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. Please follow the return process and indicate that you would like an exchange for a different size/color/item.

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time (typically 3-10 business days) for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items that arrived damaged or were incorrect due to our error, for which we cover the return shipping costs.

  • Sizing charts are typically available within the product description area on each product page.

  • Care instructions are provided within the product description on each product page and/or included with your order packaging.

  • We strive to provide ethically sourced, handmade, and organic products that promote sustainability.
